Both Steve and Lowell came to our home. First they called to see what parts we might need, Steve came and had the parts that he thought that he needed but more had to be ordered. He diagnosed the problem and order more parts. Lowell came with the additional parts that we needed and repaired the refrigerator and cleaned my drawer as he went along. He was very conscious, clean and answered all questions that we asked. He cleaned up after he was done. They were very good at their job.
