The dirt they sell called “top soil” at $40 a yard, is nothing but straight up fill dirt. Not one bit of organic matter, nothing but hard ass clay. Cant really tell until a few wet/dry cycles, then it’s obvious. Disappointed. The other services may be great: but don’t buy that dirt expecting “top soil”. We bought fire wood in February 2025 and it won’t burn, it cost 85.00 no refunds or returns, she did apologized on behalf of the company. People please ask if wood burns before you make a purchase. I have bought mulch from them no problem, but be careful on wood purchases.
