First time going there real pleased second time not so much. Called back to tell them i had same problem i took it in for they could have cared less. O well live and learn.
My son has driven toyotas for YEARS (and honda). Pro Toy has been excellent to him and taken great care of all his cars, and now they are taking care of mine! These people are honest as the day is long, and have extraordinary customer service and it's probably the fastest I've ever seen my car get repaired! They take care of you and you should take your car here next time!
Protoy was referred to us by a long time friend a couple years ago, and we have been using them ever since. We have had nothing but great remarks. They stand by their work and do a great job!
I have used Protoy several times in the past and haven’t had any issues until recently. I took my Toyota Sienna there a few weeks ago to have them fix a broken rear differential mount and a power steering fluid leak. They did the work, I paid the bill, and left, everything was fine. All seemed well until I was driving my Sienna when all of a sudden I lost power steering entirely and noticed my fluid reservoir would no longer hold any fluid.
