I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in to remove acrylic extensions, and the technician forcefully pried them off without any remover, painfully lifting and breaking my natural nails. Only after damaging multiple nails did she bring out acetone. She never asked what nail length I wanted and began clipping without permission. After 3 years being a loyal customer at this place, and I am done. I made an appointment, waited over 30 minutes, next appt comes in and gets seated right away. Does not respect appointment times, so why even bother making an appointment.

I used to go to this salon, but I will never step foot in there again. The moment you walk in, you're hit with an unwelcoming, uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff speak loudly to each other in a language customers don't understand, making the whole experience even more off-putting. They only force a fake smile when it's time to take your money. Frankly, the people who work there are rude and unprofessional.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The service was unprofessional and the staff were rude — especially the blonde-haired employee, who stood out for her poor attitude. What upset me most was how they clearly treat clients differently. I was already seated and they had everything prepared to start my service, but suddenly, that same employee walked away and chose to serve another customer who had just walked in.
