I want to thank the staff at Pro-Tech, especially Tammy, for all their help and information this pool opening season. This season has been a total nightmare right from the first top up of water to my pool. Between the pump needing to be fixed, to figuring out that I needed new sand in my filter, to dealing with algae that wouldn't go away, the staff at Pro-Tech were happy to help me through the whole process until the water finally cleared up. Thanks guys! I recommend!
The old lady I dealt with wouldnt listen when I was describing the part I was looking for. She was very condecending and seemed more interested in arging. Unpleasent experiance, probably wont come back to your store.

I can't recommend Tammy at ProTech Pools highly enough. As a new pool owner, I spent days trying to solve a persistent cloudiness issue. Tammy took the time to analyze my water, explain what was happening, and guide me through the process step by step. She never just sold me products, she helped me understand the problem. Called to see if they could open a pool for us and the lady was just laughing at her situation mocking. The woman was extremely rude I’ve read a lot of the reviews about her and I didn’t think it was true but it is I see why nobody’s using them anymore
