Unfortunately we won't be dealing with Protech any longer. After speaking with them in April 2025, I had a work order filled out for service on my hot tub. When I didn't hear from anyone in a month, I called back. I was assured someone would be by within 2 weeks. The summer was upon us, so I wasn't overly concerned due to the hot weather. We then contacted them in August and was informed they were behind on service, but we were put to the top of the pile! We have nothing but good things to say about Pro-Tech. We have owned our hot tub for 4 years now. From purchase to set up, a move and then fixing some issues, they have been supportive and very professional. Highly recommend.
Have spent a lot of money in this establishment but will not return due to lack of customer service and accountability. I’ve spent years defending this company and their people from others who have had a poor experience but have finally seen what everyone is talking about. I will not spend another dime here nor will I defend their owner or staff.
I had the pleasure of working with the showroom people at Pro-Tech today. I just want to express my utmost gratitude for your time and knowledge of the pool industry. Your guidance on what and how to do fix my pool problem was incredibly and took the fear out of trying to do it myself, saving their extremely overworked colleagues a trip for an easier fix. I just want to express my gratitude to all. Especially Tammy, Tammy and Tammy!!!
