Your guidance on what and how to do fix my pool problem was incredibly and took the fear out of trying to do it myself, saving their extremely overworked colleagues a trip for an easier fix. I started dealing with Pro Tech last fall, I had spoken to several other dealers in the area who failed to respond to my questions. My granddaughter’s husband recommended Pro Tech to me. From my first visit to today, I have been made to feel welcome, valued and respected with every visit. Tammy in particular is highly knowledgeable and patient in explaining things to me. I am extremely happy that I started dealing with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.
