craig and Jeffery were friendly, meticulous, and dedicated to their work, but there was a slight issue. They accidentally left a bit of insulation and some screws in the drain pan in our attic. However, they were quick to return to Downey and clean up the mishap. Apart from that, they were safety-conscious, wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers when they entered our home. Overall, their plumbing service was commendable.

Incredible phone assistance, Micah guided me through the at-home methods for unclogging a garage disposal. He patiently explained each step, prior to dispatching a plumber to inspect it. Fantastic service, I made a call in the afternoon and secured a same-day appointment. Highly recommended in Downey!

I found myself needing to get my water heater installed and didn't fancy the idea of heating up water on the stove for my baths. Jeffery and Micah from Jackson Brothers Plumbing were at my residence in Downey within an hour. They did an excellent job, promptly and professionally hooking up the new water heater and removing the old one, all for a very fair fee. Furthermore,

Micah and his coworker Craig did an exceptional job. I was truly amazed at the speed with which the task was completed. They were highly professional! Micah went above and beyond, not hesitating to work under the house in cramped conditions with black widows lurking around, risking his safety to ensure the job was finished. Micah is an outstanding plumber! Thank you. I must also mention that the company is now under new management. They are doing a fantastic job delivering top-notch plumbing services in Downey.
