Dave, thank you for your hospitality. Your shop has really turned into something impressive! I have been a customer for over 10 years, and your knives are as good today as when I first bought them. The Godfather that I picked up today will be carried daily like the one it is replacing was. I am sure whoever "liberated" my old one will enjoy it as much as I did.
Their collaboration with Les George was a terrific business decision. His designs executed by Pro-Tech are perfect!
As an owner of several Pro-Tech knives (Runt J4 with maple burl scales, Godson Jazzy Blue with G-10 scales, and the Emerson/Pro-Tech CQC7), I can honestly say they are perhaps the finest blades in today's market. Not only are they beautiful, but are made to use every day. I can see more Pro-Tech knives are in my future, thats for sure.
