From the minute I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist. I was immediately seen by the service representative. He told me that once insurance company sees my car he would call me with an update. Rep called me and said that my car would be ready by 2-21-25. I was kept updated with text messages on the progress of my car repairs. True to the timeline given, my car was ready as promised. Thank you Calliber Collision!
