Wonderful, Helpful staff. Other companies should be this helpful.
If I could give this "establishment" zero stars, I would. 1. Called them on Saturday, told that there would be a pick up THIS Saturday, and they'd call us to confirm the time, and to have the title available for them to take with them when they picked it up. Never did call us. 2. When we called THEM on that Saturday, played a game a phone tag ending with them telling us that the pick up will be on Monday, during the day, rather than today, and that we needed to fax them the title (on our dime) or e-mail it to an unconfirmed ... read more
