We use Pro Tech to do the maintenance and any repairs on our AC unit. They are always on top of things, we get calls when our maintenance is due, when we schedule them it is within a day or two from the call and the techs are very prompt,! We get text messages when they are on the way and the techs are ALWAYS nice and cheerful. Pro Tech is a pleasure to deal with, too. They are a level above professional. Thank you John and your crew!!!

Very responsive company. Service was reasonable and tech was good but the owner John gouged me on a $200 motor charging me $700.00 Can't reccomend.

Thank you, Gary, for servicing my HVAC system and replacing the failing capacitor. Thank you, John, for answering my numerous questions and explaining the benefits of your service agreement. See you in the spring when it's time to service the AC! It's spring now and Mark serviced my AC unit and I feel quite confident that it will hopefully make it through this upcoming hot summer. Mark showed up was very professional and on time he explained to me what work he was going to be performing with my AC unit which was general maintenance he did the job in a timely and professional manner . My service with Pro tech AC has been great
