This was my first inspection as a new agent, and I felt they were very professional, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend.
Rob was fantastic. My husband and I are buying our first house and Rob made sure to point out even the tiniest things to monitor when owning a home, especially an old home like the one we are buying. He was extremely thorough during the on-premises inspection, answering all of our questions as we went through the house. His report was also very detailed, even leaving us tips for home maintenance. We highly recommend Rob and ProTec for home inspections.
Scott was amazing to work with! He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of our home inspection. He thoroughly explained everything- both the good & the bad. He told us things we should make a priority and things we could live without fixing. He was very professional and very friendly. He had the report to us by that evening, just as promised.
