ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I honestly was waiting for someone to jump out and say “Gotcha!” We (hubby and I) were referred by a good friend. We first talked with her on the phone (had to text “Did you forget about us? After waiting 20 mins) a few months ago. I felt she was rude then, hubby thought differently.
