Came by to get my taxes done for the first time in person. Booker really helped me out as well as educated me for what goes into your tax return. Many times, we only care about getting the bigger refund but dont understand why the returns may differ in amounts year to year. Really cool place because how transparent they are, up front, as well as willing to educate and teach. Booker are gave great financial advice as well for next year.
ABSOLUTELY RUDE! I honestly was waiting for someone to jump out and say “Gotcha!” We (hubby and I) were referred by a good friend. We first talked with her on the phone (had to text “Did you forget about us? After waiting 20 mins) a few months ago. I felt she was rude then, hubby thought differently. We drove 1.5 hours for a 6:00AM appointment this morning (gotta love the commute) to sit out in the cold for 30 mins because she was late. How ever she did call us.
