Well i was planning on using these guys but after the terrible customer service ratings, I think I will pass. Sounds like if a customer has a problem, they don't care enough to take the time to try and resolve the issue. It's a shame that they will not return a call to a customer to try and fix the problem.
Simply a terrible experience. From the beginning of working with these people until even now, trying to get things handled has been nothing short of awful.
Loved the folks at Pro Stone. Quick turnaround and i would definitely recommend them.
