customer service is horrible
I highly recommend Pro Stone. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous during the selection process. The installer was timely and professional. The end result was beautiful and I would definitely use them again.

We used Pro Stone for the cabinets and counters for our new home. The beginning process of picking out our cabinets and counters went smoothly, but the experience went downhill from that point forward. When the installation begin it was a nightmare, parts missing, cabinets missing, installing our island 3 times before getting it right which damaged the cabinets, and poor communication thru out the process. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend Pro Stone.
Customer service is definitely NOT their number one concern! I have had granite installed before by another place and had a great experience; we went with Pro Stone because of their granite selection. We were treated great during the selection process then treated like 2nd class citizens when it came time to do the install. We had to call multiple times to get the schedule date and time then on that day no one showed and no one called us.
