We bought a Groupon for this company and they have cleaned our carpets several times. they have always been on time and have done a good job each time. I have not had any of the problems described by other customers. They have always come when scheduled.

If there were a way to give less than one star I would. I bought a Groupon for this company's duct cleaning service, and they immediately tried to charge me an extra trip charge saying they couldn't service my address without adding an additional charge (even though they have an OKC office). I got them to rescind that, and scheduled a date for a cleaning. On the date we agreed upon, no one called no one showed up and I was left without the services. We have apologized to this customer more then once and told Her we would make it right she chose not to use our company, we have emailed and called and she has to get a refund back from the company she baught the coupon thru not Pro Steamers.
