I was referred to Pro Steamers from a friend who uses them every 3-4 months. I called the office to book an appointment and the ladies were very friendly! I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day and it was just in time. The technicians that arrived were clean cut, dressed nice, and took the time to answer any questions that I had about my first ever carpet cleaning. Approx month ago we called an scheduled an appt. at that time we paid $94 charger to Amex card. Work was performed an forgetting we had prepaid, we wrote a check after being present with bill from worker. After discovery we had paid for the service twice, we have called several times an have been informed each time the owner would respond, Still waiting . We have reported this situation to Amex. Upon completion of my original carpet cleaning from Pro Steamers I purchased an additional two-time carpet cleaning contract. The salesman assured me there was no expiration date, which the receipt/contract I hold also has no expiration date information listed anywhere. I contacted ******* @ their 918.809.1472 number to book an appointment and was quickly told the contract had expired and would not be honored. Pro Steamers arrived on time requested and did a great job. Carpet was really dirty from grandkids spilling drinks and tracking mud into the house. They only cleaned the rooms I requested and placed pads under furniture while carpet was damp. I liked that they called later in the afternoon to check and see how I like the job they did and if there was anything that they might have missed. Yes I would recommend them for cleaning your house..Was very pleased with pro steamers.

I purchased a groupon for carpet cleaning of 4 rooms and hallway from pro steamers on 11/6/17. I called immediately after to set an appointment and a representative called me back within 30 minutes to get it set up. I had to confirm times with my husband and had to call back and they again called me back very quickly. We set the appointment for 11/24/17 from 10:00-1:00. I would not recommend this company!!!!! I purchased a Groupon for a steam clean and scotch guard for 4 bedrooms and a hallway. Pro steamers came out to clean my carpet and up sold me to a carpet pre treatment to allow built up dirt to be removed easier (per the sale man). After the cleaning the technician stated carpet should be dry within a few hours with the fans and central air unit going, and requested for no furniture to be returned for 24 hours. I have been trying for 3 months to get in touch with this company. I have used them for several years with no problems, but lately I can't get a hold of anyone. I have tried online and over the phone. I have a contract with them to clean my carpets and have about two more cleanings left. Are they still in business? Ordinarily, I would give them a positive review but I don't know where they have gone!

I have used Pro Steamers To clean our carpet and tile since we moved into this house 9 years ago. I have never...repeat...NEVER been disappointed in their work. They are here when they say they will be and complete the job with a minimum of disruption. I recommend Pro Steamers without hesitation. >^.^<
