They were very helpful and thorough when we had a major leak into the carpet in our apartment! Cleaned up all the water and even checked underneath a section to make sure it hadn't molded. Both men were friendly and explained everything to us, down to what the machines they were using did and how much water they had gotten out. So nice and made sure they got every drop they could! I can't recommend them enough!
They don't clean carpet!! Go figure. It's in their name.

Called for a quick clean up in our motorcoach, they showed up with in an hour. Had them clean all the carpets, and rugs, and chairs. They looked GREAT. Then we asked them to do some chairs and rugs in the house. They jumped right on it. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism.
