Scott did a wonderful job on my home inspection!!! He was pleasant, informative and interesting to me as a lay person. It was also obvious that he cared about doing a thorough job. His inspection report was clear, concise and it highlighted any problem areas with pictures, so that it was a cinch to revisit when talking to sellers. As an added bonus, He was very reasonable... When I contacted Scott Dufour to schedule an appointment for a wind mitigation inspection. I was impressed at how friendly and professional he was. He worked with me to schedule a time that worked best for me. He arrived early for his appointment and explained in detail what he was doing and why. Very good and thorough wind mitt inspection. My attic is very low and real hard to access but continued to take pictures until he was sure they would be accepted by insurance company so we received all credits we were entitled to. Thanks, Scott
