I was extremely impressed with Pro Sewer repair from start to finish. The service was excellent every step of the way-from the estimate to the repair work, landscaping and final cleanup. Every touchpoint was handled professionally. I am very satisfied with the job they did.
The Pro Sewer Repair team was great to work with. They were out to look at the issue quickly and followed up right away with an estimate less than the other 2 vendors we brought out. The crew came out when scheduled and completed the new water line on time. No additional or surprise charges came up. I hire vendors as part of my job and would have no problem recommending them to others in my field or friends.
Working with Pro Sewer Repair was so smooth. After getting multiple quotes and getting ghosted by a few companies, Pro Sewer was recommended to me by the city (who offer no interest loans and grants for low income fyi!- look for side sewer program with Seattle utilities). They were efficient and communicative. I am very glad to have found them and get my side sewer repair taken care of.
I highly recommend this company! Compared to many others, they were the most prompt, kind, honest professional and fair priced I've seen. They took my concerns seriously, definitely demonstrated compassion and flexibility with options, were kind and professional and turned what was a very stressful event into as manageable and positive as it could've been.
