Beware of HOA! Scammers! They will raise your HOA fees without notice once a Vice President board member agrees to raise fee. HOA is a scam and Candace the manager withholds information from the homeowners and raises fees. In the 25 years I lived in my home there has been 0 maintenance on our condo complex and the gate is broken and 534 Orange Ave unit c throws his bakery business trash in our dumpster which leads to the waste management company being called (w/ added charge on hoa dues) and the other homeowners need to pay ... read more
