I called for the first time. The lady was kind of nice. She said someone will call you back. After 1 week no one called back. I called the second time. Same answer. But same result, no one called back. They have a good google rating. I guess they were just too busy to remember. I decided to give a third and last try. I called again. I just received the final inspection sign-off from the city and did not have a single issue with the schedule, scope, quality, materials, or workmanship throughout the whole process.
