Overall a very good experience. PRA was on-site with the insurance adjuster and worked with the insurance company to make sure all issues were understood. PRA was excellent with communication and keeping me up to date. Roof replacement was done in a timely manner and with quality.

I talked to Kyle Valdez. He was so nice and polite. If I was to get my roof done I would call him to come do my roof. Thanks so much Kyle.
