He's a liar. The job was ok but Austin promised to email me the warranty for my sinks and tub. It has been 2 weeks but no warranty
Refinished 3 tubs for me. Less than a year later started bubbling and peeling. Contacted him and said he’d get back to me. He never did.
Tub started to peel. Would not fix it without paying him again. After that, rust spots started to come through the new finish and my texts and phone call went unanswered. Complete disaster!
Very disappointing experience. Austin resurfaced the bathtub and it looked fine until we started using it. A yellowish tent developed from the water line down. Contacted Austin and he said he'd get back with me. Never did and stopped taking my calls. I've tried to clean it with bleach, magic erase sponges, etc. and nothing has helped. Bottom line... I got ripped off.
Very disappointed in this company. Conversation with young man, Austin, who said he just purchased company blamed negative reviews on previous owner. I agreed to give him job, which he completed right away and he was paid. The job, however, was not done well. There are bumps remaining in resurface job and no caulking was done tho he promised to return and complete it. Not a good experience.
