Excellent service, very pleased!
Awful company! Stay away!!! They lost some of my soffit and eaves but I was so fed up dealing with them that I decided to do it myself. Well peeling back everything those jokers left rotted Facia board. Can’t get gutters til that is replaced. And they shingled over rotted & eroded wood on the overhang. The contractors they used called and threatened us. Sunnyland, for the shingles, sent us a lien warning letter the minute shingles were picked up. This company does not always pay its subcontractors which will result in a lien and possible forced foreclosure on your home! There are multiple people in this county who are currently having to get lawyers to try and force him to pay his subs and get the liens released, but it is expensive. Don't use this contractor!
The subcontractor was the problem. Pro Restoration has work to take care of me. Much appreciated.
