I wrote a review 3 years ago. I’ve rented from Pro Property for almost 8 years now and I am more than happy with them. Dionne and Kristen are alway willing to listen to your concerns and act quickly to make repairs or give advice. Professional, with good hearts, these ladies work hard to keep properties maintained, leases updated and give tips and ideas to their renters to help make everything easier for them. I would recommend them for a rental or for rental management.

Three years not a single dime was spent to keep up the duplex I rented. The heater was not connected to the house so cold air and dirt blew through the house. My utilities were twice what they should have been according to the utility co. Still not a single dime was spent but in three years my house was "inspected" six times. For what you might ask, just to make sure lack of maintenance was not effective? Still no deposit back after having the place professionally cleaned. Want to live in a slum? these are your people

This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in over 34 years, I could not even get them to return a call from me. Just excuses after excuses, have you ever heard of a property manager not having a phone on them 24/7? If they treat new prospects this way, It only scares me what it would take to get a maintenance issue resolved. Scary, stay clear of this company, they have zero customer skills.
