"IF SOMETHING FALLS ON YOU WHILE YOU'RE WALKING THAT'S ON YOU" were the words spoken to me by the Supervisor today at my place of residence where this company was working. Not very professional, nor the best way to handle the paying residents that live in the complex they have a job to do in. Not only a huge disappointment, but caused a cascade of problems for us. We have an email with a service date, but that date came and they didn't show up to remove our roof!! We called. The lady who answered told us to call the supervisor (why she didn't make the call herself is a mystery). We call him, he's busy, says he'll call back in half an hour. Never heard from them again. WOW!!!!! Unbelievably unprofessional. We were stuck having to figure out how to get our job done THAT DAY prior to the materials delivery and roof ... read more
