Pro pool was very prompt in attending to my pool problem. I liked the fact that Bruce communicated with me and made sure that I understood the problem. He also quoted the price of all parts and labor before attempting to do the job. I found this serviceman very pleasant and helpful.

I've had an inground spa disconnected, removed and hauled away by Pro Pool. Great guys, pleasant, honest, punctual, flexible and professional. Deliver what they promise, and are very thorough. They do not leave until making sure that you are satisfied. These days is hard to find the quality service that Bruce provides. One other thing, he called me immediately, minutes within posting my request and did not hesitate to come out rightaway, without charging a service call fee like the other companies. I have been looking for ANY reputable hot tub repair since I arrived in SoFl in 1999. For the first time -- 1) they showed when scheduled, 2) were swift and accurate with their task, 3) were informative about the problem, 4) showed up as scheduled with the part that had to be ordered in quick order, and 5) were reasonable with the fee. The representative called immediately after placing my request. Appointment was made in a timely manner. The problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately. The repair took a couple of days because of a part that was ordered, but that was fine. The company was professional and since the rapair, I have not hade any problems with the hot tub.

my hose got caught in the skimmer. It was removed with no damage to my ground. The clean up left things as they were before the damage. Thank You. A job well done Ben
