I absolutely must say pro pest control is absolutely the best! Starting from Mary with the office staff who were just so kind and considerate and listen to all my needs to the amazing technician that came out and was just so thorough. I’m so grateful that they’re helping me with my issue.!! A rated service!!
The service by the office staff was knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure to speak with Nicole. The technician, Mike, arrived early! Was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, careful and nice. Their product is not toxic to our pet. And within minutes - the pests were exterminated. I highly recommend ProPest Control
First, I must say that customer service seems to be a lost art. However, I am well pleased with the service provided by Tony Boyles today. Very respectful of my time (received a text with arrival time) and my property. Explained everything he was doing and educated me on why I was having the problem and the particular pests causing the problem. I must also mention “Ms. Mary” the first point of contact. Very calm inviting manner over the phone. Thank you! Your company did not disappoint.
