First, I must say that customer service seems to be a lost art. However, I am well pleased with the service provided by Tony Boyles today. Very respectful of my time (received a text with arrival time) and my property. Explained everything he was doing and educated me on why I was having the problem and the particular pests causing the problem. I must also mention “Ms. Mary” the first point of contact. Very calm inviting manner over the phone. Thank you! Your company did not disappoint.

We recently used propest control for indoors and Outdoors and the technician was more than Pleasant and he assisted us with what we needed very professional we signed a maintenance contract with them. We are very pleased and very reasonable pricing. We were impressed and Mary was very professional.

The gentleman that came to our house showed up on time within the window they said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable about what to do in my situation. We were told that it would take some time for the baits to take their full effect. The ants are decreasing in number with each day that goes on and I am confident that they will be eliminated within a week. So far I am very happy with the service that this company provided.
