The gentleman that came to our house showed up on time within the window they said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable about what to do in my situation. We were told that it would take some time for the baits to take their full effect. The ants are decreasing in number with each day that goes on and I am confident that they will be eliminated within a week. So far I am very happy with the service that this company provided.
