The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He introduced himself before he started spraying. He asked about the problem since the last treatment and explained the process of the treatment. Jay did a great job and I felt confident about the treatment.
Pro Pest Control is always a pleasure to work with. The technicians are always thorough and answer any questions that I might have. Every time they come to the house, they check to see if I would like to have the interior treated and leave ant traps if necessary. The office staff is always kind and professional! Since using Pro Pest control (years now) we have not seen any ants, roaches or any other pests in the house or along the perimeter. I highly recommend using them regularly.
The service by the office staff was knowledgeable and courteous. It was a pleasure to speak with Nicole. The technician, Mike, arrived early! Was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, careful and nice.
