RecommendedI was directed to Pro Performance in 2019 by my physician. The issue was a torn calf muscle that had me hobbling, and expecting surgery. The assessment and the therapy was such that it wasn't long before I was able to put aside the cane I was using. No surgery needed. After seeing a foot doctor he suggested surgery...I went to see Dr Gail at Pro Performance...They are amazing. My foot/toe is no longer swollen or painful. I now have full range of motion and can walk correctly. No surgery for me thanks to Pro Performance.

RecommendedI wanted to pop on to share my most recent experience w/Gail at Pro Performance. :) A week ago at boot camp, I was doing some jumping from a platform backwards. The trainer was very detailed in instructing us "how" to land....sit into our glues and let those big muscles absorb the landing. Well I thought I was doing that but clearly I wasn't! The best Physical Therapist encounter I've ever had in this area. Dr. Blake Buchanan taught me so much about my own imbalances and weaknesses and helped me rehab from my injury in no time. I will continue to refer clients and friends to him and this practice for years to come.
