Pro Performance has been charging my card every month even after I cancelled an entire year ago. They use student employees to avoid any burden of financial or legal responsibility while continuing to charge you. I have emailed Rick in their accounting department several times and would like to be refunded for these unauthorized transactions. Honestly love this gym so much! It has great equipment, nice people and the bathrooms are super clean, I think the only annoying thing is the heat, sometimes it can be in the 80's there. Besides that, amazing

After being a loyal member of Pro Performance in Morgantown for over 15 years, I’m extremely disappointed with how far this gym has declined. I began my fitness journey here and had the pleasure of working with some excellent trainers over the years—Steve, Brad, John, Jason, Kyla, Parker, Emily, Dan, Brendan, just to name a few. If you want to pass out and have a heat stroke this gym is for you. The past 3 weeks it has been in the 80°s INSIDE THE GYM. They refuse to touch the thermostat and dont seem to any time soon
