First place called for this service was a no show and then wouldn't answer their phone or return my calls. Got the runaround about someone coming to work on an emergency pest control situation in my building. They cancelled twice and postponed and on and on. Totally unreliable. Just sounded like people phoning it in and not really caring about being a real business.
