I have called Pro Paint a number of times in a 2 day span. Nothing but professionalism. I was given the information I wanted and had courteous converstions every time. This place has my money anytime.

Heaven forbid anyone call up and ask even basic questions. From someone who is a novice and needs tech help you would think the guy on the payroll who is there supposedly to HELP you would have more patience than one second. It became clear within a minute of his sarcasm that he is an order taker not someone willing to try to SELL a product for the company he GETS HIS PAYROLL CHECK FROM, that would require work on his part. So he puts me on hold without telling me, someone else picks up and takes over. Even the second guy co... read more
