I absolutely LOVE ProOptical! Dan was able to fix to old pairs of glasses that at least two other shops had deemed irreparable. In a world full of chain stores and mediocre service, it’s really hard to find this level of commitment and expertise. Thank goodness for independently owned ProOptical!!!

1 star! Horrible communication. I called first thing in the morning and was told I could pick up my new glasses before 6:00 PM. After getting emailed the choices of frames and giving her my prescription and 3 phone calls later I get out of work an hour early just to find out my order was never placed as she needed the physical prescription from my eye doctor to place the order....3 phone calls with the woman and that never came up once.

We live in the Bahamas but summer vacations are in the Quechee, Vermont area. So we got our glasses from pro-optical. Anyway, back in the Bahamas, my dog chewed my daughters glasses....we finally got replacements from the company after much correspondence. They helped us out, even while in another country. Thank you so much pro optical!!
