I had a HORRIBLE experience with this salon today. The lack of communication was disappointing. I literally CRIED when I left. I understand there can be language barriers but usually in my experience in salons, if a nail tech that’s working doesn’t speak English other techs that do will help communicate. That did NOT happen today and I don’t think my tech fully understood what I was asking and he was unable to communicate clearly what he was doing. I hadn’t had a pedicure in over a year and I asked for the deluxe gel pedicure. Phillip did my pedicure and it was a fabulous experience. Clean environment and friendly staff. They asked if I wanted a manicure and even when I declined, I was not pressured. I will definitely be back!
This is a very nice and professional business. Linda is very nice, professional and she makes my feet feel very good!!!
