Having been a customer for several years, I have experienced a significant decline in service quality. Initially, the lady who attended to me provided exceptional service. Although she left about a year ago, I continued to visit with the other lady who did a decent job. Unfortunately, today's experience with the newly added lady was extremely disappointing. Very professional and relaxing. BEN OMG is a the best! I’ve had the best freestyles with him and/or receive exactly what I’ve wanted! EVERYBODY always ask were you get your nails done everytime I go!

Love them!! Ben does his thing with nails. I can go to him with any pic I find online and he will make it the exact or put his own twist to it. No matter what the prices r amazing and work is amazing!!

I’ve been going to Pro nails since 2021 and Ben has always done a great job. Sometime he freestyles and does a great job of he literally gives what I ask for when I show a picture. 10/10 everytime.

Absolutely the best nail shop around. Ben is a fantastic nail tech I always leave with the most perfect nails.
