It's such a shame that this place has such an awful owner since there is good staff there. I have fake nails and I called the place to see if I could make an appointment with my regular girl. the owner answered, didn't identify the store and asked me"what do you want" which already put me on edge. I asked if my girl world be in the next day and he asked me what time. I said her earliest appointment and he asked for my name and hung up when I was mid sentence. I have to admit i have tried this place now 3 times and i am highly dissatisfied this third time is my last straw! the first time i went was at the old location off plano trabuco, it was my mistake i went in for eye lash extentions about 3 years, they came out worse than a long night of tossing and turning with your mascara still on. i had to cut my eyelashes they were so bad and were not coming to i'd say perfect, at least they last.
