Great customer service! Knowledgeable staff and relaxing environment. I was looking for a new salon since moving to Hurricane. I received my 1st pedi from Tina about a week ago and I'm still telling everyone how wonderful her and Danny at Pro Nails are! Quality products, even better service! Going back this week for shellac!

The service is great. The quality is outstanding. I have been going there for several years. when you walk in the door Danny and Tina make you feel welcome and right at home even if you have never been there. Attention to detail includes sanitizing all utensils to ensure customer saftey this comment is backed by a health department rating of 100 that can be viewed at the establishment. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I have gone here for 4 years at least and used the same pedi and manicurist. How many places can say that? They know me and have many regular clients. Tina gives a great pedicure that lasts for 2 weeks usually. Very clean wth no harsh odors from chemicals. I have taken both my girls for mani pedis and they loved it. This place is great and I have had many mani pedis in many places and this is one of the best if not the best place.

AWFUL AWFUL place!!!! I was in the area on an out of town visit this past weekend. The lady who did my nails acted like she was drunk and had no idea what she was doing. My hands looked HORRIBLE and one nail popped off while I was putting tissue paper in a gift the next day. She spilled the nail tray twice while trying to find ones to fit. Sloppy Pedicure/Poor Customer Service. Apparently this place is dedicated to the younger customer. Having only looked at the top rated review, I decided to try a walk in nail service closer to home. There are some of us not ready for a podiatrist, but have trouble caring for our feet post hip/knee replacement. I quickly found communication was poor.
