I came in with my friend last Sunday to get a manicure and pedicure. everyone is always friendly and polite. I was happy with my pedicure, however the lady that did my manicure, I am dissatisfied with my manicure. I did not get gel. I don't think she put the clear coat on top, and the paint literally didn't even last a day. So that's the only complaint I have. I didn't want to get gel because it is very hard to get off my nails and it was more expensive.
Pro Nails seriously came through for a full self-care reset . I went in to get my press-ons removed and ended up treating myself to a mani, pedi, and brow waxing — and honestly… it was amazing from start to finish. The team was super gentle while removing the press-ons (no rushing or damage — big win), and my manicure and pedicure felt so relaxing and detailed.
