Great experience! Super pretty!!
I have been going here for over a year. Giving Tracy multiple chances but she doesn't listen, puts what color she wants on me . Then always overcharges while giving others lower prices. Nor can she stick to the quoted price. She has also screamed about her tip when the nails look like crap and weren't finished. Instead of relaxing during my time there Tracy is constantly talking down and just being rude to her own employees. She doesn't even deserve 1 star.
This nail spa and staff were so kind and amazing. ! I have terrible arthritis and could not walk and they had everyone working on me as they were giving me a pedicure. I walked out feeling fantastic after days if feeling crippled. So smart , so gracious and so much fun ! What a great place !!
