My pedicure was going good until she cut my skin on my big toe that was tender for several days. Thank God there is no infection. My sns nails were rushed and by day 4 I had 3 nails that are chipped. I’m not going back up there to pay for a repair when the sides weren’t filed properly (I guess that’s why they are all chipped on the left side). I don’t know why I can’t include pics

These people are racist and have a nasty attitude. I have been coming here for over 2 years and then the lady who does nails had an attitude and got loud with me because I didn’t like the way she shaped my almond nails. These people make up the prices off the top of their head too. SCAMMERS!

Absolutely the WORST customer service EVER! RUDE AND NASTY! I’ve been coming to this salon for almost a year and normally the husband does my SNS nails. On this particular day, he was not there, so his wife started my nails. Right off the bat, she displayed a poor attitude. She was extremely rough and very rushed while removing the SNS powder from my nails. She dropped the color basket in front of my face and told to me to pick a color. I went to them last minute because I really needed my nails done for a wedding… Big mistake! My nails look terrible!! They are crooked some are thick summer thin they charge me $100 for my nails. I didn’t even get a manicure! She charged me $40 for nail Art ridiculous! My cuticle beds are terrible. She didn’t even trim them. She didn’t even wash my hands. I’ll never go back. Don’t spend your money there. If I can figure out a way to put a picture on here, I will you’ll see how horrible they are!
