If I could give this place no stars I would. I broke my nail while shopping around and I usually go to this place in simi valley for my nails but didn’t want to make the drive out there. Thought oh there’s a place here all I wanted was a simple manicure and I’m so stocked how bad they came out. I came in today and just left I paid $40 for this the lady kept cutting me and laughing. She dropped multiple of her utensils on the floor and then proceeded to use them on me. The water was dirty, the towels were dirty. I told her it hurt and she simply laughed. She finished in 10 minutes for a gel pedicure !! She painted right over my cut and kept cutting down my nails after i said no. Today I was there to fix my nails, in prof Nais I was a witness how a asian guy called a lady stuped!! Because she complained about nail polish over her fingers and that guy was shaking!! And yelling!! Im part of LA community volunteer member and Lausd volunteer .I told him relax and understand customer service .He was upset and he left the lady alone!!
