Made an appointment a week ago for a fill-in this morning at 10 AM because I knew it would be busy with Easter being tomorrow and when I got there, the guy was doing someone else’s nails. He acted shocked when I told him I had an appointment with him at 10 AM. I had to wait the entire time until he was done with her nails, which was about 10:40 a.m. before he even started mine. My tech got called in cuz there was only one man there even though it was 3 hours prior to close. She was there within 15 minutes but did the worst slap stick job I’ve ever paid for. I could’ve done all this myself I’m not happy with my polish on nails or pedi was told I couldn’t have a heart drawn on cuz she couldn’t find her tool.i then found it in the floor but was told it was too late the clear coat was on. I feel I was very overcharged. They charged me $80 for some polka dots. They don’t look bad, but this wasn’t even exactly what I asked for. And the lady who did my nails was not friendly. Whenever I would say something about what I wanted she was argumentative. I will not go back!
