Super-nice people! The guy who spoke English and did my pedicure did a great job. I think he's American. The man who did my nails is also super nice, but the nails are not good. They look really bad. I was the only customer left in the salon and they spoke their language the entire time and ignored me. I felt out-of-place. Again, nice people. Loved the guy who spoke English. He did a great job and was engaging talking about food and culture. Everything else was a disappointment. Recommend for pedicures.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences at Pro Nails. The salon is clean, the staff is courteous, and I always leave happy with my nails. Speaking of staff, Ruby is the sweetest! Not only do they offer a wide range of services, but if you forget to book an appointment they very gladly welcome walk-ins. If you want a relaxing and professional nail experience, this is the place!
Pro Nails is my go-to spot in Owensboro! The team is professional and always does a thorough job. I love how peaceful the atmosphere is, and the nail techs really take their time to make sure you leave happy. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality service and a relaxing experience.
