I went in a couple of weeks ago to get my nails done @Pro Nails in Phoenixville, PA near The Ross Clothing store so I mentioned that I needed my nails to be cut down and round as the lady was doing it she messed up two of my nails so I mentioned it to her, she acted like she did not understand but said something about me to her colleagues in their language and they all started laughing. i have been here 4 times now. the nails come out nice but i noticed that the polish chips faster than usual. i didn’t get the correct shape, and it was too late to say anything since the nail had already been shaved down. they also love to use the drill for everything, including the cuticle. i was cut from the drill multiple times, and the lady told me that i just had sensitive skin and was getting frustrated at me as if i was the one cutting my own skin. they are very rough, and it stung for a while after. she used the nail... read more

Nice salon however they add additional services without your permission and then surprise you when you check out with a higher price than the service. While there I heard another customer questioning the total price.

They did a great job in both Pedicure and dip powder nails with diamonds. I am happy with their service.
