“If your nails break, it’s your fault.” That’s EXACTLY what I was told multiple times when I came in one week after my appointment to fix THREE nails, all broken in the exact same place on different days. Somehow I was still charged $15 to fix them after already spending over $100 on the original set, and surprise surprise, I was met with not only attitude and lack of accountability, but blame.
