My nail tech was asking too many personal questions. If I was married? If I had children? At one point I told her she was asking too many questions. Made me feel very uncomfortable. She kept insisting I get gel color which I refused. And at the end she was in a rush to get me out the door after getting regular polish. Definitely not going back:

wonderful job, but the lady i had left me to check her phone, and when she was using the drill she kept going around my finger and not on my nail (accident probably) great prices, would go again.

I asked for my nails to be soaked off and walked out of this store crying. I was the only one in there at the time and got started quick. The boy was my nail tech and while he was filing off the polish on top of them, a female coworker gave him the bowl of acetone and got it ready and everything. I asked him “do I put my nails in it now?” And he said no but then I heard him mock me under his breath. He then made a mm sound and then moved the bowl of already prepped bowl of acetone away. Terrible service and dishonest technicians! I went in for a simple eye brow wax and the technician butchered my service, and when I politely confronted her, she lied about it and said I didn’t have to pay. I left feeling disappointed and disgusted and I will be calling the health department on Monday morning. I am totally flabbergasted at the audacity of these people. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my 40 years of life! Do not go here!
