I will NEVER go back to Pro Nails! I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I have suffered two infections, poor business practices, and seen people walk out when they've seen how dirty the salon was. I hung in there though....until today. I arrived at 12:05 (they open at 12:00). I was told to come back at 3:00. I arrived a little before 3:00 and was told they could accomodate me in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes until I walked out.
