I love this place and cannot help but think that the negative review is not real. I have been to Pro Nails probably 100 times in the past decade and have never had a bad experience. Great people who really care and prices that are affordable. You can't beat Pro Nails but the only way to know for sure is to give them a try like I did!
This place is a joke! I got my nails done, asked for a full set with French tips. The man who did my nails glued clear tips on my natural nails which I thought was extremely odd bc I have always had other locations use white colored tips. He then took white mail polish and literally painted my acrylic tips white. I asked him if they would chip, and he assured me that they would not.
