Ms. Theresa, I came to address the situation right away. I suggest to change to a darker polish because you just got the acrylic off of your nails (they are wavy and the cuticles are thick) but you and your daughter did not give us a chance to do anything. Again we’re very sorry

I get both my pedicures and manicures done here and love them! They are kind and friendly and even through knee surgeries gave the best Pedis ever!! Also,I usually wax my own brows but decided to try it here, they did an amazing job! I won’t go anywhere else!
Terrible job on wax job of eye brows! 1st time we tried it. Just wish I'd went with my 11 year old granddaughter. Her unibrow, bother's her. Now, wack wax job doesn't help. You can clearly see. They just rushed ir didn't care!! Had my other granddaughter's done as well. Which really just was letting her try. I just feel. They try to make the money to fast not caring about the customer. I always use to go here a few years ago for all my services. You will do best if you're 1st!!!

I’m sorry that you’re not happy. But I didn’t rush doing the girls’ eyebrows. The older lady who brought them in saw the eyebrows after I was done. I’ll do them again if you can bring them back.
Chi has done mine since 2009. She does an excellent job with the variety of colors I choose for a design to complement the nail color I choose as well. I won't let anyone else touch them but Chi.
