I visited Pro Nails on Dogwood Road in Baltimore as a walk-in today around 10:00 a.m. The salon was nearly empty when I arrived, but my experience was very disappointing. The nail technician was argumentative and dismissive whenever I requested a specific service, repeatedly telling me what she does instead of listening to what I wanted as the paying customer. Horrible experience! I just left from getting a pedicure, my toes look a mess. This was a complete waste of money and time! I will never go back and I highly don’t recommend anyone else waisting time going here. The lady hand was shaking, she did not clean my cuticles etc. I want my money back so bad! Now I have to find a shop to correct their mess. When I walked in and seen it was empty on such a nice day, I should’ve left then!
