I've been needing help with locked up left-side trap, shoulder blade and shoulder- a result from nerve pain/nerve pinch I was experiencing for 2 weeks. Scott helped loosen up those muscles and developed a plan of exercises and stretches- to continue loosen and strengthen the affected areas. Multiple Acupuncture and massage appointments were not able to provide the result I experienced with my first Osteopathic session.

Aaron was absolutely wonderful! For the first time in my life, I felt listened to, understood, and like there is actually a solution. I feel a million times better after just 1 session. I can't wait to start living a life without continual back pain!

I had my first appointment today with Aaron and I’m really happy with my experience. He was kind, professional, and paid attention to my problem areas. The clinic is clean, the front desk staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was calm. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!

I used to go to Promotion for physio only. Curtis is great and has helped me so much with my back pain. After I was rearended in a collision, I continued to see Curtis but have also seen Dr Sadiq for chiro and Jen for massage and I can’t say enough good things about them both. Had a great assessment and treatment by Lydia. Can really tell she knows her stuff, i learned lots in the session and now have a clear plan moving forward to achieve the results i am looking for. Appreciate the coordination/flexibility by the front desk team to get me booked in last minute!
